Dr. Kathrin Goldammer is the director of the Reiner Lemoine Institute, a non-profit research institute focused on renewable energy and decarbonized transport. A mobility startup founder, she holds a doctorate in physics and a university degree in electrical engineering. Her proudest achievement came from making RLI a diverse and welcoming workplace, the only energy and transport research institute in Germany with gender parity at all levels.
