Lulu manages integrated transport projects and vehicle electrification projects in her role as China Urban Mobility Manager at WRI China Ross Center for Sustainable Cities. She leads research, authors reports, develops analytic tools, and manages projects that focus on sustainable transport and urban development. She works on the Grid Simulator Tool that will evaluate and mitigate the impacts of EVs on the grid.
